Tubiva helps you research public YouTube channels and videos by organizing source metadata, transcripts, summaries, and analysis signals. You are responsible for the account information you provide and for activity performed through your account.

Keep your sign-in credentials and API keys private. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account or a key has been compromised.

Do not use Tubiva to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, probe other accounts, or send abusive automated traffic. You must follow YouTube’s terms and any applicable content, copyright, and privacy rules when using information obtained through Tubiva.

YouTube metadata, transcripts, comments, links, and other source material remain subject to the rights and terms of their owners. Tubiva does not claim ownership of that third-party content.

Analysis, summaries, originality signals, and revenue or sentiment estimates are informational tools. They may be incomplete or wrong and are not recommendations, financial advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Verify important decisions against the underlying sources.

Some features require a paid plan. Prices, billing periods, and included limits are shown at checkout or in the app. Web purchases are processed by Tubiva’s configured third-party payment processor; mobile purchases are processed through the applicable app store or RevenueCat. Your purchase is also subject to the provider’s terms. You can manage or cancel a web subscription through the customer portal or the applicable app-store account.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including analysis sources and integrations, as the service evolves. We may suspend or terminate access when these terms are violated or when needed to protect the service or users. You may stop using Tubiva and request account deletion at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, Tubiva is provided as available without warranties that analysis will be uninterrupted, complete, or error-free. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
